Service Design Practitioner Accreditation – Learning Programme
This accreditation will cover the below topics over the course of the programme:
- The Basics of Service Design
- Service Design Projects – Getting Started
- Understanding The Problem and Exploration Tools
- Looking at Problems Through A Service Design Lens
- Creating and Testing Solutions
- Implementing Your Solutions
- Understanding The People Impact
Duration: 32 hours – can be tailored based on time commitment / availability from attendees across 6 – 12 months.
Effort: In parallel, you will work on a practical service design challenge (min. 14 hours of “out-of-classroom”).
